Sciencewise has completed over 50 major national public dialogue projects and case studies are available on all of them.
Here are some of our most recently completed case studies, which include projects run with public bodies such as the Cabinet Office, Innovate UK and the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.
- Consent to use human tissue and linked health data in research Case Study
- Data Science Case Study
- Drones Case Study
- Future Cities Case Study
- Mitochondrial Replacement Therapy Case Study
These dialogues have explored public attitudes to areas of emerging science and technology, ranging from the use of data science with public data to IVF treatment of eggs or embryos carrying mitochondrial disease. There have been various long and short-term policy impacts resulting from these dialogues which demonstrate the value of Sciencewise dialogues.
